Does SeatCharts offer automated seating for large guest lists?

Yes. SeatCharts includes "Smart Suggest" auto-assignment features, enabling planners to seat high volumes of guests in seconds. The algorithm uses group logic to ensure families, friends, and cohorts are automatically placed at the same tables.

When are guest seat assignments revealed to attendees?

To allow planners maximum flexibility for last-minute changes, seat assignments are revealed on the guest’s digital pass only upon QR scan at the entrance. This eliminates confusion caused by outdated printed seating charts.

Can I use SeatCharts for complex venue layouts?

Absolutely. SeatCharts is designed for complex event spaces. You can seamlessly mix round banquet tables, long rectangular family tables, and theatre-style rows within a single event layout.

What is GuestLink Tickets for paid events?

GuestLink Tickets is the paid ticketing path on GuestLink. It enables organizers to sell multi-tier tickets (VIP, General, Early Bird, Free), collect payments via Stripe, and sync paid attendees straight into the guest list for seamless QR check-in.

How does GuestLink Tickets process payments?

GuestLink Tickets integrates with Stripe Connect. Ticket revenue goes directly to your connected Stripe account. GuestLink applies a transparent 5% + 30¢ service fee per transaction — no monthly fees or hidden charges.

Can I manage paid and complimentary guests in one place?
